<p>I sommer bestemte vi oss for å bruke opp den haugen med rabarbra som hadde vokst frem i hagen, og da fant vi ut at denne desserten med kokos var litt mer spennende enn den vanlige rabarbragrøten.</p>
<ul>
<li>500 g  rabarbra</li>
<li>2,5 dl  sukker</li>
<li>2  egg</li>
<li>1 dl  melis</li>
<li>4 ss  smeltet smør</li>
<li>4 dl  kokosmasse</li>
<li>3 ss  potetmel</li>
</ul>
<p>Slik gjør du:</p>
<ol>
<li>Skrell rabarbra, og kutt den i små biter</li>
<li>Strø rabarbraen i en ildfast form</li>
<li>Bland sammen potetmel og sukker, og strø dette over rabarbraen</li>
<li>Lag eggedosis av melis og egg</li>
<li>Smelt smøret, og bland dette sammen med kokosen</li>
<li>Bland forsiktig sammen eggedosis og kokosblanding.</li>
<li>Hell blandingen over rabarbraen.</li>
<li>Sett i ovnen på 220 grader frem til du ser at toppen får en fin brunfarge (ca 20 minutter)</li>
