Du nevner at du vil prøve å ha i vanilje. Det funker bra! Bruk skikkelig vanilje eller oppmalte vanlijestenger. Et annet tips er å ha i en del semulegryn i gommen, gir en litt annen konsistens.
I tillegg pleier jeg å kjøre den med stavmikser (enten jeg lager med eller uten rosiner) for å gjøre gommen lettere smørbar. (Blir mer lik konsistensen til Namdalsgomme som man kjøper i butikken).

PS! Har du prøvd å lage ost? Anbefales! ;-)
